:)Hi Gang, Just thought I'd let the people know that I'm a Granddad again. My (incredibly fertile) Foster Son and his girl presented me with a brand new Grand Daughter on Thursday 29th May. Very small, but fairly healthy. (My Grand Daughter, not my Son). Strange though - brand new and leaks already. And, with the Moderators' permission, I'd like to mention my Yahoo Group which may, or may not, be of interest to people. It's groups.yahoo.com/group/gay_and_disability/ and is set up as a safe meeting place for gays with or without disabilities to get to meet each other. Take care and be well, Steve.

Calista Michaela now getting on for a week old and STILL hasn't got a job! Based on the family genetic history, we are expecting a few challenges - probably intellectual - but all are well at the moment.

Congratulations Grandaddy How many grandkids do you have? Calista Michaela is a very pretty name. I'm sure she'll have lots of fun learning how to say and spell it Have they managed to fix the leaks yet? Have fun with her

Thanks for the message. I have three grandchildren now - one of each! Er - no - two girls and one boy. The older ones, 3 and 6, are showing signs of intellectual challenges while the new one is far too young to tell. While my Foster-Son, (their Father), has a mild intellectual disability, he has no fertility problems it would seem. I now get frightened if he walks too close to a woman in a Supermarket. Sadly, boy wonder has a little trouble nailing down relationships and doesn't get to see much of his first two children - but Granddad is keeping an eye on things. Best wishes to all, take care and be well. Fond regards, Steve.
