Not sure if any of you use meditation or not but its worth trying!! I have just got in to it my self and plan to read lots more in to it when the site starts to settle down some what!! But i have found a nice web site that helps beginners begin!! www.wildmind.org/ There is an online meditation course so you can learn the best methods. Also some Buddist books have good meditations in. I know lots of people who use meditation for a while host of things, pain relife being the main on, answers to all sorts of questions, enlightenment to name a few!

WOW!! I have been using meditation for about a year, mostly for when painkillers don't work and it definately helps with the pain. It also helps me relax loads, anyone thinking of trying it should give it a go! I also have read quite alot about buddhism and beleive in a lot of the teachings it gives. Scrumpy
