Have been doing a bit of thinking .. 
alright .. calm down!! Its not THAT suprising 
Any way, i was thinking that it might be noce to get an e mail sent out every week/2 weeks telling all the member whats going on. What new posts are where, who's been doing what, whats going on at the main site and a chance to welcome new members to the group.. what do you think?
Now, once we get the chat times sorted out i will have to send a few mails every now and then to remind people to turn up!!
But also we can do things like have a web site of the week, a joke or two on there ... some member news and all sorts of stuff!
Feel free to add ideas or comments and to let me know if you think there should be a mail sent out .. and if how often ;D
