Why is it that books are always so much better than the films, for example, I feel Angela's Ashes (Frank McCourt) was slightly ruined by the film, as it misses out huge chunks of the story, although I must say whaT was there was very well done..... I recamend both the film and book, but read the book first!! Amazing story. I can't wait to read his 2nd book ('Tis) and his brother, Malachy's books.......... I'll let you know when I do
I also loved 'To Kill A Mocking Bird' (Harper Lee). Its just such a great, well writen story. The film also missed loads out, but portraid the story very well, Gregory Peck is a fantastic actor!!!
