Tube campaign will be ‘biggest yet’ A poster campaign on the London Underground will ask commuters to consider why there is such a high level of unemployment among disabled people. 1,550 locations will be used during the Scope campaign – which is believed to be the biggest of its kind ever. The posters feature disabled children in various work uniforms above the caption: "Don't feel like going to work? We do!" It asks passers-by to remember their childhood ambitions, and highlights the fact that for disabled children: "Achieving your dream job can seem just that - a dream." The poster asks tube-users to complete an online survey on Scope’s website. Campaign organisers hope that responses to the survey will help reveal the underlying issues and concerns that affect the 6.9 million disabled Brits of working age. Ruth Scott, Acting Campaigns Manager at Scope, said: "The campaign is about identifying and overcoming barriers that prevent disabled people finding work." To take part log onto www.scope.org.uk/work
