I wrote this about 6/9 months in to my being ill ... i wasnt quite bed bound but i was pratically!! I found this in my diary today and though i would share it with you.
'The ringing in your ears wakes you up, you open your heavy eyes, more tiered than the night beofre. You try to move your pounding head but you realize that you will need another hours rest beofre your brain is awake enough to controle you limbs and get you out of bed. A trip to the bath room helps the muscle pain kick in and by the time im back in bed im in need of another rest. The remainder of my day consists of laying still in bed, breathing though the pain and moving occationally to relieve the pressure in my joints. I go to sleep at night, trying to block out the ringing in my ears and the thumping in my head. To tiered to open my eyes, too much pain to sleep
