I dont know if many of you travel on trains? (may be not after the last few scares!) but im traveling with Virgin in a few weeks and they have been very helpful, there is a phone line called 'Jurny care' and they offer help at the stations, with bags or wheelchair and soooo on! Im dead impressed! I thought it was going to be a nightmare with having to change and so on, but it looks like it should be quite easy! (Im keeping my fingers crossed just in case! I dont want to get stuck on a train going the wrong direction!
