You can now get Acupunctua on the NHS for pain relife... i didnt know about this till the other day i asked to be refered to the pain clinic. Unfortunalty so many people suffer with chronic pain it would take years to see any one. But from what i have heard its very affective for pain relife. Dont know if many of you suffer from chronic pain, its part of a lots of condition including mine (ME) Do let us know if you have tryed it, im always looking for new ideas and alterntives to drugs ... i take so many!!! Cool...I have always wanted to try it........have tried indian head massage and that was amazing and so relaxing... am thinking of doing college course in it !

mmmm that sounds lovely!! I would love to do some healing courses and some other ones too... me and my mum can go in to bussness then! she is a reflexolgist and an aromatheripist

I was told by an aromatherapist that the best oil to use for M.E. was Lime, so i bought some and it smells really nice but still have M.E......lol. Has your mum tried any on you yet? Scrumpy ;D

No, cos she got ill when i started to get better and that ... so we havnt tryed anything yet. Having said that i have always burnt lavender oil to help me sleep and so on, its a healing oil so its nice
